GAITHERSBURG, Md., Sept. 03, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Emergent BioSolutions Inc. (NYSE: EBS) today announced that it has completed the repurchase of $75 million aggregate principal amount of its 3.875% Senior Unsecured Notes due 2028 (the Senior Unsecured Notes), following authorization granted by its Board of Directors.
