DMB Stockholders Vote to Support Board Nominees and Against Board Declassification in Preliminary Results of 2026 Annual Stockholder Meeting

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- BNY Mellon Investment Adviser, Inc. announced today that the three incumbent Board nominees for BNY Mellon Municipal Bond Infrastructure Fund, Inc. (DMB) will continue to steward the Fund, according to preliminary voting results of the Funds annual stockholders meeting held on August 27, 2026. A dissident stockholder, Saba Capital Management, L.P. (Saba) had put forth its own nominee for election at the Funds meeting.
