Nordson Corporation Board of Directors Increases Dividend 15 Percent, Marking 63 Consecutive Years of Annual Dividend Increases

WESTLAKE, Ohio--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Nordson Corporation (Nasdaq: NDSN) today announced that its Board of Directors has approved a 15% increase in the Companys quarterly cash dividend to $0.94 per common share from $0.82. The dividend is payable on October 2, 2026, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on September 10, 2026.
