The Companys first half 2026 financial results primarily reflect its established revenue base and the earlier-stage commercialization of OwlPay Harbor (Harbor), the Companys stablecoin-based infrastructure for cross-border enterprise payments.1 Following period-end, Harbor transaction activity accelerated as more enterprise clients progressed into live production.
