(Nasdaq: QNBC) (the Company), parent company of QNB Bank, today announced that the underwriters for its recently announced public offering of common stock have exercised their overallotment option in full to purchase an additional 160,714 shares of common stock at the public offering price of $42.00 per share, less underwriting discounts and commissions.
