Supermicro Announces Completion of Independent Investigation and Continued Enhancement of Export Compliance Program

(NASDAQ: SMCI) (Supermicro or the Company) today announced the completion of the internal investigation led by the Companys independent members of the Board of Directors regarding the March 2026 indictment of three individuals who were associated with the Company at that time.
