Analyst explains why you should buy the dip in this U.S. retail stock

DA Davidson believes investors should use the post-earnings selloff in one U.S. retail giant as a buying opportunity, reiterating a Buy rating while trimming its price target for the company's shares to $132 from $150 in a note this week.

Walmart (NASDAQ: WMT) is the stock in question.
