Smartkem, Inc. announces reverse split of common stock to support continued Nasdaq listing
August 19, 2026 8:00 AM EDTWILMINGTON, Del., Aug. 19, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Smartkem, Inc. (Nasdaq: SMTK) ("Smartkem" or the "Company") today announced that its Board of Directors has approved a reverse stock split of the Companys outstanding common stock at a ratio of 1-for-50, following authorization by shareholders at the companys Annual Meeting of Shareholders held June 23, 2026.
