BANGKOK, Aug. 17, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- NewGenIVF Group Limited (Nasdaq: NIVF) (NewGen or the Company), a technology-driven, diversified growth company, today announced that it has completed an exchange agreement with a certain institutional investor (Investor) pursuant to which existing convertible notes held by the Investor were exchanged for a new senior convertible note on amended terms.
