Fuller) (NYSE: FUL), the worlds largest pureplay adhesives company, today announced that shareholders of Advanced Medical Solutions Group plc (AMS) (LSE: AMS) approved H.B. Fullers proposed acquisition of AMS at specially convened meetings of AMS shareholders held on August 12, 2026.
