VANCOUVER, British Columbia--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Aris Mining Corporation (Aris Mining or the Company) (TSX: ARIS; NYSE: ARIS) announces that it has filed a well-known seasoned issuer (WKSI) base shelf prospectus in Canada and a related registration statement on Form F-10 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, replacing its existing base shelf prospectus filed in 2024.
