Sharon AI Announces US$1.32 Billion Five-Year Cloud Computing Service Agreement
July 16, 2026 8:10 AM EDTNEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- SharonAI Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: SHAZ) and its subsidiaries (Sharon AI or the Company), a leading Australian Neocloud, today announced the signing of a cloud computing service agreement with a global Artificial Intelligence (AI) Lab, valued at US$1.32 billion over five years.
Under the terms of the contract, Sharon AI expects to deploy cloud computing solutions across data center infrastructure in New Zealand, with revenue from the contract expected to commence across the first and second quarter of 2027.
