BRYN MAWR, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Aqua Pennsylvania announced it was awarded $74.3 million in a combination of principal forgiveness loans and low-interest loans through the Pennsylvania Infrastructure Investment Authority (PENNVEST).
