(Glass Lewis) and Egan-Jones Proxy Services (Egan-Jones), in addition to Institutional Shareholder Services (ISS), have recommended that shareholders vote FOR ONLY Genescos nine highly-qualified directors on the WHITE proxy card in connection with the Companys upcoming 2026 Annual Meeting of Shareholders scheduled for July 21, 2026.
