Castor Maritime Inc. Announces Vessel Acquisition and the Delivery of M/V Magic Jupiter
June 30, 2026 9:00 AM EDTLIMASSOL, Cyprus, June 30, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Castor Maritime Inc. (NASDAQ: CTRM), (Castor or the Company), a diversified global shipping and energy company, announces that it has entered into an agreement, through a separate wholly-owned subsidiary, to acquire a 2024-built modern-eco Kamsarmax bulk carrier vessel, the M/V Magic Saturn, from an unaffiliated third party for a purchase price of $41.9 million.
