OLDSMAR, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- MarineMax, Inc. (NYSE: HZO), the worlds largest recreational boat and yacht retailer, marina operator and superyacht services company, today announced that it has completed the refinancing of its $1.49 billion aggregate senior secured credit facilities.
