CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- ComEd today announced that the Illinois Commerce Commission (ICC) has approved the companys proposal to launch a new Scheduled Dispatch Virtual Power Plant (SDVPP) program, an initiative shaped by Illinois Clean and Reliable Grid Affordability Act (CRGA).
