Stifel on Digital Realty Trust (DLR): 'confidence in sustained growth in digital infrastructure'
June 30, 2026 4:50 AM EDTStifel analyst Erik Rasmussen reiterated a Buy rating and $235.00 price target on Digital Realty Trust (NYSE: DLR).
The analyst comments "Announces purchase of Blackstone Interest in three NoVA DCs. After the market close, DLR announced that it has agreed to purchase from Blackstone a stake in three fully leased data centers containing 288MWs of total IT capacity for a total amount of $7.8B (~$27M per MW premium pricing for AI/high density, power scarcity in NoVA, and fully leased facilities), reflecting a cap rate of over 6.5%.
