CNH Industrial N.V. (NYSE: CNH) today announced that its indirect wholly owned subsidiary, CNH Industrial Capital Canada Ltd., has priced Cdn$450 million in aggregate principal amount of 3.80% notes due January 22, 2030, with an issue price of 99.872%.
