Hertz Announces Proposed Offering of $100 Million of Common Stock
June 24, 2026 7:24 AM EDTESTERO, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Hertz Global Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: HTZ) (Hertz or the Company), a leading global rental car company, today announced that it intends to offer shares of its common stock, par value $0.01 per share, (the Common Stock) at an aggregate public offering price of $100 million in a SEC-registered offering. Such shares (the Borrowed Shares) will be loaned by the Company to J.P.
