Fastenal renews $835M credit facility, extends term to 2031
June 23, 2026 4:08 PM EDTFastenal Co. (NASDAQ: FAST) on June 18 entered into a second amended and restated credit agreement with Wells Fargo Bank as administrative agent, renewing its unsecured revolving credit commitment at $835 million and extending the maturity date to June 18, 2031.
