Castor Maritime Inc. Announces Vessel Acquisition
June 22, 2026 7:45 AM EDTLIMASSOL, Cyprus, June 22, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Castor Maritime Inc. (NASDAQ: CTRM), (Castor or the Company), a diversified global shipping and energy company, announces that it has entered into an agreement, through a separate wholly-owned subsidiary, to acquire a 2023-built modern-eco Kamsarmax bulk carrier vessel from an unaffiliated third party for a purchase price of $37.5 million.
