Intel Announces Leadership Appointment at Intel Foundry to Accelerate Development and Manufacturing

In this role, Lee will lead all advanced packaging, system integration, back-end technology development, and back-end manufacturing, strengthening Intels ability to deliver differentiated, system-level innovation for customers.
