June 22, 2026 3:00 PM EDTBernstein raised price targets on two key stocks, arguing both companies are significantly underappreciated beneficiaries of an accelerating power semiconductor cycle driven by artificial intelligence infrastructure buildout.
Analyst David Dai raised his Infineon price target to EUR102 from EUR74 and his Renesas target to JPY6,300 from JPY4,200, reiterating Outperform ratings on both, as he forecast total data center power semiconductor TAM to grow from $3.6 billion in 2025 to $24.6 billion by 2030.
