Benefit Street Partners Closes Milestone CLO 50 With $500 Million
June 18, 2026 8:00 AM EDTNEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Benefit Street Partners L.L.C. (BSP), Franklin Templetons private credit specialist investment manager with $93 billion in assets under management, (1) today announced that BSP CLO 50, a $500 million new-issue collateralized loan obligation (CLO), closed on May 26, 2026. The transaction was arranged in partnership with Scotiabank.
The closing of BSP CLO 50 marks a significant milestone for BSPs U.S. CLO platform, which has raised approximately $25.5 billion in CLO capital since the firms first issuance in 2012.
