NASHVILLE, Tenn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Nakamoto Inc. (Nasdaq: NAKA) (Nakamoto or the Company) today announced that its Board of Directors (the Board) has increased the size of the Board from six to seven members and appointed Tyler Evans, Chief Investment Officer of Nakamoto, to fill the newly created vacancy as a Class II Director.
