BT Brands Terminates Merger Agreement with Aero Velocity and Reaffirms Commitment to Maximizing Shareholder Value

(Nasdaq: BTBD and BTBDW) (BT Brands or the Company) today announced that it has filed a Current Report on Form 8-K regarding the termination of the previously announced Agreement and Plan of Merger with Aero Velocity Inc. (Aero).
The merger agreement was terminated upon expiration of the contractual term set forth in the Merger Agreement, as the registration statement relating to the proposed transaction was required to be declared effective by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) by April 30, 2026.
