InterDigital awarded injunction against Transsion
April 1, 2026 8:30 AM EDTWILMINGTON, Del., April 01, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- InterDigital, Inc. (Nasdaq: IDCC), a wireless, video and AI technology research and development company, today announced it has been awarded a preliminary injunction against Transsion by a court in Brazil.
The 3rd Regional Business Court of Rio de Janeiro ruled that InterDigital is entitled to a preliminary injunction resulting from Transsions infringement of two InterDigital 5G patents.
