(Nasdaq: MLCI) (Mount Logan or the Company) today announced that Brandon Satoren will assume the role of Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary, effective April 1, 2026. Mr. Satoren will succeed Nikita Klassen, who will remain at the Company as Chief Financial Officer through March 31, 2026.
