Veeco Stockholders Approve Merger with Axcelis
February 6, 2026 4:10 PM ESTPLAINVIEW, N.Y., Feb. 06, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Veeco Instruments Inc. (Nasdaq: VECO) (Veeco) today announced that its stockholders have voted to approve all proposals related to the Companys pending merger (the Merger) with Axcelis Technologies, Inc. (Nasdaq: ACLS) (Axcelis) at its Special Meeting of Stockholders (Special Meeting).
The final voting results of the Special Meeting will be reported in a Form 8-K filed by Veeco with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
