Phillips Edison & Company Reports Fourth Quarter and Full Year 2025 Results
February 5, 2026 4:05 PM ESTCINCINNATI, Feb. 05, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Phillips Edison & Company, Inc. (Nasdaq: PECO) (PECO or the Company), one of the nations largest owners and operators of high-quality, grocery-anchored neighborhood shopping centers, today reported financial and operating results for the fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2025 and provided guidance for 2026. For the fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2025, net income attributable to stockholders was $47.5 million, or $0.38 per diluted share, and $111.3 million, or $0.89 per diluted share, respectively.
