Hanmi Financial Increases Cash Dividend 4% to $0.28 per share and Expands Repurchase Authorization
January 29, 2026 8:00 AM ESTLOS ANGELES, Jan. 29, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Hanmi Financial Corporation (NASDAQ: HAFC) (Hanmi or the Company), the parent company of Hanmi Bank (the Bank), today announced that its Board of Directors declared a cash dividend on its common stock for the 2026 first quarter of $0.28 per share, up 4% from the prior quarter. The dividend will be paid on February 25, 2026, to stockholders of record as of the close of business on February 9, 2026.
