TRATON commits up to $25 million in dedicated R&D funding to PlusAI and will nominate a member to the initial PlusAI Board following its planned public listing. TRATON will be eligible to receive private warrants tied to initial deployment revenue milestones, underscoring aligned economics for scaled autonomy adoption.
