December 17, 2025 4:10 PM ESTCOLUMBUS, Ohio--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Worthington Steel, Inc. (NYSE: WS), a market-leading, value-added metals processing company, today reported financial results for the fiscal 2026 second quarter ended November 30, 2025.
Second Quarter Highlights (all comparisons to the second quarter of fiscal 2025):
Net sales of $871.9 million increased 18% compared to $739.0 million. Operating income of $21.7 million compared to $18.9 million. Net earnings attributable to controlling interest of $18.8 million compared to $12.8 million.
