Applied Materials Announces Cash Dividend
December 12, 2025 7:30 AM ESTSANTA CLARA, Calif., Dec. 12, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Applied Materials, Inc. today announced that its Board of Directors has approved a quarterly cash dividend of $0.46 per share payable on the companys common stock. The dividend is payable on March 12, 2026 to shareholders of record as of Feb. 19, 2026.
The cash dividend is a key component of Applieds capital allocation strategy. In March 2025, Applied announced a 15-percent increase in the quarterly dividend per share, from $0.40 to $0.46, marking eight consecutive years of dividend increases.
