Strive Announces $500,000,000 SATA At-The-Market Program

(Nasdaq: ASST; SATA) (Strive or the Company) today announced that it has entered into a sales agreement pursuant to which Strive may issue and sell shares of its Variable Rate Series A Perpetual Preferred Stock, $0.001 par value per share (the SATA Stock), having an aggregate offering price of up to $500,000,000 (the ATM Program).
