Korn Ferry Announces Second Quarter Fiscal 2026 Results of Operations

Korn Ferry reports Q2 FY'26 fee revenue of $721.7 million, an increase of 7% year-over-year, 6% at constant currency. Fee revenue grew 10% and 17% year-over-year in Executive Search and Professional Search & Interim, respectively. Net income attributable to Korn Ferry was $72.4 million, an increase of 19% year-over-year, with a margin of 10.0%, an increase of 100bps year-over-year. Adjusted EBITDA was $124.8 million, an increase of 7% year-over-year, with a margin of 17.3%, essentially flat year-over-year.
