Mural Oncology Announces Effectiveness of Scheme of Arrangement and Completion of Acquisition

(Sub), a wholly-owned subsidiary of XOMA Royalty Corporation (Nasdaq: XOMA) (XOMA Royalty) will acquire the entire issued and to be issued share capital of Mural, became effective today, 5 December 2025 (the Effective Date).
