IREN Announces Pricing of Ordinary Shares Offering to Fund the Repurchase of Convertible Notes
December 3, 2025 6:01 AM ESTNEW YORK, Dec. 03, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- IREN Limited (NASDAQ: IREN) (IREN) today announced the pricing of a registered direct offering of 39,699,102 ordinary shares at a price of $41.12 per share (the Offering) to a limited number of purchasers. The Offering is being made pursuant to the Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the Securities Act). The aggregate gross proceeds from the Offering approximate the aggregate cash consideration payable in connection with the Repurchase.
