InterDigital awarded injunction against Disney by German court
November 24, 2025 8:30 AM ESTWILMINGTON, Del., Nov. 24, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- InterDigital, Inc. (Nasdaq: IDCC), a mobile, video and AI technology research and development company, today announced it has been awarded another injunction against Disney by a court in Germany.
The Munich Regional Court ruled that InterDigital is entitled to an injunction over Disneys infringement of an InterDigital patent related to the streaming of video content using high dynamic range (HDR) technology. Disney can appeal the decision.
