Baycom Corp Increases Quarterly Cash Dividend 20% to $0.30 Per Share
November 20, 2025 4:30 PM ESTWALNUT CREEK, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- BayCom Corp (NASDAQ: BCML) (BayCom or the Company), the parent company of United Business Bank, today announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.30 per share on the Company's common stock, which represents a 20% increase (from $0.25 per share) in the Companys quarterly dividend. The dividend is payable on January 9, 2026 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on December 11, 2025.
