Voya Financial announces third-quarter 2025 results
November 4, 2025 4:15 PM ESTNEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Voya Financial, Inc. (NYSE: VOYA) announced today its third-quarter 2025 financial results:
Net income available to common shareholders of $176 million, or $1.80 per diluted share. After-tax adjusted operating earnings1 of $239 million, or $2.45 per diluted share. Nearly 30% increase in adjusted operating EPS year-over-year driven by earnings growth in each operating segment. Generated more than $200 million of excess capital in the quarter and approximately $600 million of excess capital year-to-date.
