(NASDAQ: FCUV) ( Focus or the Company ), a provider of patented hardware and software design technologies for the Internet of Things (IoT), 5G, and AI-driven SEC financial reporting automation software, today announced the closing of $ 10 million preferred equity offering. The offering was closed on October 23, 2025, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
