NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Metropolitan Bank Holding Corp. (the Company) (NYSE: MCB), the holding company for Metropolitan Commercial Bank (the Bank or MCB), today announced that the Board of Directors (the Board) elected Anthony J. Fabiano as independent Chairman of the Board. William Reinhardt, who has served on the Board since 2013 and has held the role of Chairman since 2018, will remain a member of the Board. Mr. Fabiano was also elected by the board of directors of the Bank as Chairman of the Banks board.
