Carter’s Adopts Limited Duration Stockholder Rights Agreement In Response to Rapid Stock Accumulation

(NYSE: CRI) (the Company or Carters), North Americas largest and most-enduring apparel company exclusively for babies and young children, today announced that its Board of Directors (the Board) has unanimously adopted a limited duration stockholder rights agreement (the Rights Agreement).
