HeartFlow prices upsized IPO at $19 per share on NASDAQ
August 7, 2025 8:27 PM EDTHeartFlow Inc. (NASDAQ: HTFL) priced its initial public offering at $19.00 per share for 16,666,667 shares of common stock, according to a company statement. The Mountain View, California-based company expects gross proceeds of approximately $316.7 million before underwriting discounts and other offering expenses.
