U-Haul Holding Company Reports First Quarter Fiscal 2026 Financial Results
August 6, 2025 4:18 PM EDTRENO, Nev.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- U-Haul Holding Company (NYSE: UHAL, UHAL.B), parent of U-Haul International, Inc., Oxford Life Insurance Company, Repwest Insurance Company and Amerco Real Estate Company, today reported net earnings available to common shareholders for its first quarter ended June 30, 2025, of $142.3 million, compared with net earnings of $195.4 million for the same period last year. Earnings per share for Non-Voting Shares (UHAL.B) were $0.73 for the first quarter of fiscal 2026 compared to $1.00 for the same period in fiscal 2025.
