TI reports second quarter 2025 financial results and shareholder returns
July 22, 2025 4:01 PM EDTDALLAS, July 22, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Texas Instruments Incorporated (TI) (Nasdaq: TXN) today reported second quarter revenue of $4.45 billion, net income of $1.30 billion and earnings per share of $1.41. Earnings per share included a 2-cent benefit that was not in the company's original guidance.
