Sequans Launches Bitcoin Treasury Program with Initial Acquisition of 370 BTC

Paris, France--(Newsfile Corp. - July 10, 2025) - Sequans Communications S.A. (NYSE: SQNS), a leading provider of cellular IoT semiconductors, today announced the acquisition of 370 bitcoin as part of its newly launched bitcoin treasury strategy. The purchase was funded using an initial portion of the net proceeds from the Company's recent offering of ordinary shares and convertible debentures, which closed on July 7, 2025.
