Morgan Stanley Reiterates Overweight Rating on Autodesk (ADSK), 'Would Autodesk Acquire PTC?'

The analyst comments "Assessing the Reported PTC Deal Against Autodesk's Strategy. Unconfirmed reports suggest that Autodesk may be considering an acquisition of engineering software firm PTC (see here).
